Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. We will despatch stock as rapidly as possibly to ensure best service to our customers, but we cannot be held liable for any product not being available and use of this site constitutes your consent to indemnify Office Web from any and all liability, howsoever arising, and from direct or consequential damages due to the unavailability or unsuitability of any product.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Office Web will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. On the very odd occasion when an order cannot be despatched timeously for whatever reason, Office Web cannot be held liable for any damages as stated in the preceeding paragraph. However, in such an unlikely event, we undertake to refund you and cancel your order immediately if you elect to not proceed with the order.

Custom products and printing

Any board that is manufactured to specific size instructions provided by a customer, or any board that is printed on at the instruction of a customer, cannot be returned to us and the purchase price cannot be refunded to you. A custom size or printed board cannot be sold to any third party in the future so any error in the required size provided to us by the customer, or any error in the required printing on the board supplied to us by the customer, is and remains a customer error and we shall not rectify it at our cost.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing and printing, we can only give an indicative guideline on how long it will take before the board is completed and can be delivered. Any delay in the production and/or printing that is not unreasonable, shall not be sufficient cause for the customer to cancel the order and demand a refund.

In the event that we have manufactured a board or printed a board that does not accord with the instructions given to us by a customer, in writing and signed, we may rectify the error at our cost or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

Product Images

Images are not always representative of the product. Certain images may contain ancilliary items which are not included with the particular item described. Office Web is not bound to supply products as per the image but will supply products as per written description. Office Web cannot be held liable for any impression which an image gives to a customer as to the product description or components. If the customer is in any doubt as to the components of any item, we suggest that the customer seek clarity before making a purchase. In the event that a customer makes a purchase based on their error due to an image, Office Web will gladly refund the customer and take return of the product, if it is still in its original packaging and condition, subject to a 10% handling fee.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Delivery is only made on the next day if it falls within the major centres below and the order is placed and paid for (including notification to us when payment is made by EFT) before 15h00. Otherwise, delivery will be in 48 hours. Deliveries are only made on standard working days, Monday to Friday and excluding all public holidays.

Shipping

We ship to all major centres: a physical address within 50km of a major centre: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria. All outlying areas outside of this 50km ring will be regarded as National Areas and are subject to further surcharges. Please contact our office for more information.

SA counter to counter

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place we will advise you to collect your products from our offices in Randburg.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Moneyback/Refunds/Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that any product is delivered damaged, we will gladly replace it at our cost or refund you in full. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order for the moneyback guarantee or refund to apply. To qualify for a full refund, the damaged product must be in its original packaging, and we do reserve the right (where packaging is damaged by the customer or out-of-town courier charges apply) to apply a 10% handling fee.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.

2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) at prevailing interest rates.

Office Web endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the convenience provided to our customers.

Office Web reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice due to the nature of our products.

Should Office Web reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online in the “Your Account” section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
